Our integrative chiropractic care goes beyond symptom relief—it is designed to support the body's natural ability to heal, adapt, and function at its best. Whether you're navigating discomfort or looking to improve how your body functions, treatment is always tailored to your individual needs.
Each session is guided by how you are presenting that day. We value the importance of preparing the body for change and respecting what the nervous system is ready to receive. Through a combination of gentle chiropractic adjustments, craniosacral therapy, and soft tissue techniques, we help reduce tension, improve mobility, and create the conditions for sustainable healing.
-
Hands-on therapy to support the organs, fascia, circulation, and core of the body.
The abdomen is home to many of the body's most important systems, yet restrictions within abdominal tissues often go unaddressed. Abdominal manipulation utilizes gentle manual techniques to improve mobility, circulation, lymphatic flow, and nervous system function throughout the abdomen and pelvis.
This work can be particularly beneficial for individuals experiencing digestive concerns, pelvic discomfort, postpartum changes, or chronic tension patterns.
-
Specialized support for TMJ dysfunction, headaches, clenching, teeth grinding, and chronic tension.
The jaw often reflects patterns of stress, compensation, and nervous system overload. Using a combination of external soft tissue therapy, intraoral jaw release, craniosacral therapy, and gentle chiropractic techniques, we can help reduce tension, improve mobility, and address the underlying patterns contributing to discomfort.
-
Dry needling utilizes thin, sterile needles to influence nervous system communication, soft tissue restrictions and overall healing. It can be an effective tool for both acute and chronic conditions and is often integrated with chiropractic care and soft tissue therapies for optimal results.
-
A personalized approach that seeks to understand why symptoms are occurring rather than simply managing them. Through detailed health history review and advanced lab testing when appropriate we work to identify imbalances contributing to your health concerns.
Care plans may include nutrition and lifestyle strategies, supplementation, nervous system support, and targeted therapeutic interventions.
-
Gentle, specialized support for growing families through every stage of the journey.
Whether you're supporting your body during pregnancy, recovering after delivery, or seeking support for your infant, care is tailored to meet your unique needs.
As a Webster Certified chiropractor with additional advanced training in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care, I utilize gentle, specific techniques designed to support you and your babe throughout each stage.

We offer 20-, 40-, and 60-minute sessions to ensure we have the time needed to best support your goals. Treatment is always personalized, and we use your appointment time in whatever way best supports your needs that day.
The 20-minute Chiropractic Adjustment Session is a great option when you need a full-body adjustment and focused soft tissue work.
The 40-minute Reset Session and 60-minute sessions (The Abdominal Session and The Unclench Session) allow more time for a deeper level of treatment and may include a combination of therapies, or the opportunity to address multiple areas of the body more extensively.
While each session has a primary focus, you're never limited to a specific technique based on the appointment name. We can incorporate a variety of therapies—including chiropractic adjustments, craniosacral therapy, abdominal work, internal jaw release, dry needling, cupping, and additional soft tissue therapy—based on your goals and preferences.
-
Not necessarily. Abdominal therapy can often be incorporated into other appointment types when time allows. The primary difference between sessions is the amount of time available for treatment.

Treatment recommendations are individualized and based on your goals, health history, and how your body responds to care.
It can take time for the body to adapt to and maintain change, so a period of more frequent visits is often helpful in the beginning. As your symptoms improve and your body becomes better able to hold on to those changes, appointments are typically spaced further apart to a frequency that feels supportive for you.
Some patients come in during times of acute need, while others choose routine visits to support overall wellness, mobility, and nervous system health. My goal is to help you build resilience and create lasting change, while empowering you to determine what level of support feels right for your body.

Wellnest Holistic Health is a self-pay practice, allowing us the flexibility to provide personalized, patient-centered care without the restrictions often associated with insurance-based models.
We accept all major forms of payment, including HSA and FSA funds and can provide a superbill with diagnostic and billing codes that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Because every insurance plan is different, we recommend contacting your provider directly regarding your specific benefits and reimbursement eligibility.
Our goal is to keep the focus on delivering the care you need, rather than limiting treatment based on insurance requirements or visit restrictions.

No, lab work is not required before scheduling a Functional Medicine Case Review. While there are some situations where I may recommend obtaining certain labs beforehand, it is often most helpful to first review your health history, symptoms, lifestyle factors, and health goals. This allows us to determine which testing, if any, would provide the most meaningful information for your unique situation.
-
Yes! I am happy to review blood work and specialty testing that you have already completed through another provider.
If you have recent lab work available, I encourage you to send it prior to your appointment. Reviewing existing labs can often help us identify patterns, track trends over time, and may even reduce the need for additional testing. My goal is to utilize the information you already have whenever possible before recommending further labs.
-
Yes, I can order both conventional blood work and a wide variety of functional testing.
Testing recommendations are always individualized and may include comprehensive stool testing, hormone testing (such as the DUTCH test), mycotoxin and mold testing, and other specialty labs when clinically appropriate.
Not every patient requires extensive testing. Recommendations are based on your health history, symptoms, previous lab results, and the information needed to help guide your care plan.
